PERFORMANCE.LIVE ART.INSTALLATION // A SUMMER SOLSTICE INTERVENTION
FEEDS A one–day durational event at the centre of Pollok Country Park’s Old Stable Courtyard. Set in the historic courtyard this solo performance investigates the relationship between animal and human encounters. The work uses small actions, image layering, repetition and the ritualistic to identify the moments where the two meet.
FEEDS envelopes a local space, inviting new audiences to engage with performance/ live art. The work exists temporarily and through the active reading of images by the public/audience. Throughout the day this will frame a personal narrative and dialogue with the space.
FEEDS is the first in a series of pop-up, solo performance that will continue across Glasgow. Finding new and appropriate places to take, explore, develop and support live art in the community.
